Peter and Natalee had the dreamiest August wedding in the forest and fields of rural Amery, Wisconsin. Just a short walk from her childhood home, you could see the peaks of the white tent as you ventured down to the daisy-spotted field. Delicate pink dahlias and airy queen anne's lace were mixed with the scent of eucalyptus and wood-fired pizza. The candle-light yellow of her dress paired perfectly with the soft pink and creamy yellow centered dahlias. Summer is the season of dahlias and these were fragrantly beautiful and plentiful for this woodland wedding. Boutonnieres are fun to get creative with and it was so much fun to work with the succulents whose mossy green paired magically with the grey and tweed of the men's suits. We brought the forest indoors with this wedding literally by harvesting small trees to cover up the metal poles of the tent. Atop wood slices sat San Pallegrino bottles with seasonal garden blooms and blue mason jars filled with verigated pit, fragrant eucalyptus, creamy wax flower, and northern sea oats that danced in the breeze. Tony with Showtime Entertainment added another depth to the evening beauty with lights that lit up the tree branches under the tent in the evening light. All in all an amazing day for a beautiful couple whose vision was a woodland wedding!
